• Account details — your name, email, phone number, company name and address when you register.
• Application data — the applicant details, marks, descriptions, goods and services, and documents you submit to file a trademark, patent or industrial-design application.
• Uploaded documents — citizenship or company-registration copies, powers of attorney, logo files and any other files you upload.
• Payment records — the amount, plan, date and a gateway reference for payments you make. We do not store your full card, bank or wallet credentials; those are handled by the payment provider.
• Usage data — searches you run, pages you visit, and standard log data such as IP address, browser and device, used to operate and secure the service.

How we use your information

• To prepare, file and prosecute your IP applications with the Department of Industry.
• To create and manage your account and show your application status.
• To process payments and grant paid search access.
• To send service messages — status updates, renewal reminders and important notices.
• To improve, secure and troubleshoot the platform, and to meet legal obligations.

We share information only as needed to deliver the service: with the Department of Industry and relevant authorities to file and manage your applications; with payment providers to process transactions; and with service providers who host or support the platform under confidentiality obligations. Note that trademark, patent and design applications become part of a public register once filed and published by the Department of Industry — that published information is public by the nature of the IP system.

We retain records for as long as your account is active and as long as needed to provide services, keep proper professional records, and comply with legal requirements.
